Reservation Policies

 All reservations must be guaranteed by a bank deposit, electronic transfer, or valid credit card.

 The amount required to guarantee the reservation will be indicated at the time of making the reservation and may correspond to one or more nights of stay, according to the applicable conditions.

 Non-guaranteed reservations will be subject to availability from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, with no commitment to later availability.


Check-in y Check-out

  • Check-in time: from 3:00 pm
  • Check-out time: until 12:00 pm

 Later departures will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If the guest wishes to extend their stay, they must inform reception in advance to check availability.


Modifications and Cancellations

  •  · Modifications or cancellations must be made in writing (email) or via WhatsApp to the hotel's official contacts.
  • To avoid penalties, guests must cancel at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay plus taxes.

 

Date Changes

 Date changes are subject to availability and possible adjustments in rates.


Group Reservations

 For group bookings or special events, specific deposit, payment and cancellation conditions will apply, which will be communicated in writing at the time of confirmation.


Payment Policies

 Full payment for your stay is due upon check-in or according to the terms agreed upon with the reservations department. The hotel accepts cash, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, subject to availability).


Refunds

 Refunds, where applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, within a maximum period of 15 business days, less any applicable bank fees.

  • Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of all policies described herein.
